Grey Fox Grille - Surveysez!!! ($35 GRAND PRIZE) - 11-02-23
Gather 'round, ghouls and goblins! Last Thursday night, the spirits were high at Dover's own Grey Fox Grille, where teams faced off in the spookiest showdown of wit and wisdom: Let's Do Surveysez!
First up were the "Foxy Ladies,". They waltzed in with more flair than a ghost in a disco ballroom. "More Sass Than Class" brought their A-game, and it showed! These witches had more tricks up their sleeves than a haunted magician.
Then came the "Smartinis," who mixed knowledge with a twist of lime. They were so sharp, it was like they had stakes in the game! "The Besties" were close behind, like bats in a belfry, while "I'm Going Han Solo" boldly ventured forth, facing the challenge solo, like a lone werewolf under a full moon.
When the dust (or should we say, cobwebs?) settled, it was "More Sass Than Class" who emerged from the cauldron of competition, claiming the first-place prize of $25! Their victory dance could rival any creature of the night.
"Smartinis" weren't shaken by the spectral showdown, seizing second place and a wicked $15 prize. The "Foxy Ladies," the staff team, were in for a real fright when they had to face off in a tiebreaker against "The Besties" and "I'm Going Han Solo." But they held their ground, snatching third place and a $10 prize!
But wait, there's more! The "Foxy Ladies" weren't just there to spook and spectate. Their $10 prize will be combined with this week's loot, making a hauntingly grand $35 jackpot!
